Léry-Poses is a kitesurf spot on the Léry-Poses lake (Eure), an artificial reservoir on the Seine near Louviers, about 20km south of Rouen. This inland freshwater spot is the main kitesurf and windsurf venue in the Seine-Maritime / Eure area.

The lake is oriented roughly east-west, catching West and South-West winds well. Flat freshwater with no tidal constraints. A good alternative to coastal spots for riders from the Rouen area. Check local regulations and designated practice zones at the lake.
