Tarnobrzeg is a city in southeastern Poland whose kitesurfing spot is located on Lake Tarnobrzeskie, an artificial lake created in a former sulfur mine.

The body of water offers good riding conditions with clear water and a sandy bottom. Conditions are flat water. It is the main spot in the region for water sports.

West and southwest winds are the most frequent. Tarnobrzeg is a local spot for riders from the Podkarpacie (Lower Carpathians) region.
