Lacrosse Sail Club is a spot located on the Mississippi River near La Crosse in western Wisconsin. The river offers a wide water surface with moderate current. The sailing club provides good access. Surrounding bluffs and hills can channel the wind. Season from May to October.

Mississippi current can carry riders downstream. Heavy and dangerous barge traffic. Floating debris frequent in the river. Sudden Midwest thunderstorms. Never ride alone on the river.
