Lure Bar is a kitesurf spot located near Wisconsin Rapids in central Wisconsin. This inland water body offers flat water conditions suitable for kitesurfing and wingfoiling. Surrounded by forests and hills, wind can be turbulent from certain directions. Season from May to October.

Freshwater with flat water conditions. Variable depth depending on area. Sandy and muddy bottom. Water warms in summer but stays cool in spring and fall.
Watch for shallows and submerged obstacles. Boat traffic possible in summer. Sudden thunderstorms frequent in the Midwest. Trees on shores can create turbulence. Check weather forecasts before each session.
