Marstal offers a unique spot: "Det Lille Hav" (The Little Sea), a sheltered lagoon formed by the Eriks Hale sand spit on Ærø island. This shallow, flat body of water is ideal for learning and freestyle. The Baltic side of the spit offers wave conditions for more experienced riders.
Open all year round
Beginner

Metal mooring pipes for boats in the southern section — visible at low tide but submerged at high tide. Stone breakwater separating the lagoon from the Baltic — for experienced riders only. Boat traffic near the marina.
