Whitehaven Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the world, located on Whitsunday Island in Queensland. Its white sand composed of 98% silica and turquoise waters make it an exceptional setting for kitesurfing.
The southeast trade winds blow consistently from May to November with speeds of 15-25 knots. Access is only by boat from Airlie Beach. Spot reserved for autonomous and experienced riders. Respect the national park rules.
