Flat to very slightly choppy water — a true turquoise flat water playground. Shallow water on both sides of the harbour with standing areas. Sandy bottom. No grass fin needed unlike many Baltic spots.
Two large boulders west of the harbour, marked by buoys but easily overlooked — watch your fins. Bird sanctuary at Lyø Trille: access only permitted from 16 July to end of February. Small rigging area east of the harbour.
