Kotakari is a kitesurfing spot located near Oulu, on the west coast of Finland, in the Gulf of Bothnia. This coastal spot offers an open water area with good exposure to west and southwest winds.
Sandy bottom, shallow water. Suitable for intermediate riders. Good launch area. Wetsuit required due to water temperature. Close to other spots in the Oulu region.
