KiteWorldWide Mansion is a spot in the Sunset Beach / Table View area of Cape Town, near the KiteWorldWide kite center. The beach offers the same conditions as the rest of the Bloubergstrand coast with the south-easterly Cape Doctor. Popular with the center's guests and locals. Freeride conditions with moderate waves.
Works from October to March with the SE Cape Doctor side-onshore. Moderate waves. All tides. The KiteWorldWide center offers lessons and gear rental.

Parking at the KiteWorldWide center or along the coastal road. Direct beach access. Center facilities available (storage, showers).
South-easterly Cape Doctor, side-onshore. Wind of 15 to 35 knots from October to March in the afternoon. Same wind regime as Sunset Beach and Dolphin Beach.
Cold water. Shore break. Lateral current. Kelp. Strong wind possible. Car break-ins.
