KiteWorldWide Mansion is a spot in the Sunset Beach / Table View area of Cape Town, near the KiteWorldWide kite center. The beach offers the same conditions as the rest of the Bloubergstrand coast with the south-easterly Cape Doctor. Popular with the center's guests and locals. Freeride conditions with moderate waves.
Works from October to March with the SE Cape Doctor side-onshore. Moderate waves. All tides. The KiteWorldWide center offers lessons and gear rental.
Cold Atlantic water (12-16°C), 4/3 or 5/3 wetsuit. Waves of 0.5 to 2 m. Sandy bottom. Chop in strong wind. Lateral current.
