Noordhoek is a spot located on the south coast of Port Elizabeth, west of Noncom and east of Sardinia Bay. This beach and reef spot offers wave conditions in a semi-natural setting. The coast faces south and receives the SE wind well. It is an intermediate spot appreciated by local kiters who know the rocky areas and exit channels.
The spot works with SE to WSW wind. Mixed sand and reef bottom. Regular waves during SW swell. Rideable at all tides but watch for rocks at low tide. Good alternative to more crowded PE spots.
Open all year round
