La Passe Sud Est is a kitesurfing spot located on Rodrigues Island, a dependency of Mauritius. The Rodrigues lagoon is immense and protected by a coral reef, offering an exceptional flat water body. The southeast trade winds blow regularly and are even more consistent than in Mauritius. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders due to its remoteness and pass currents.
