La Ciaccia is a kitesurf spot on the north coast of Sardinia, between Castelsardo and Porto Torres. The beach receives the dominant Maestrale (northwest) with good power and regularity in summer. A quieter alternative to the more visited spots further north, La Ciaccia offers a relaxed local atmosphere and a wide sandy beach. The backdrop of the Castelsardo medieval castle visible to the east adds to the scenic character of this stretch of coastline.

Parking along the La Ciaccia seafront road, accessible from Castelsardo via the SP113. Basic services in La Ciaccia village. Quieter and less expensive than the main tourist spots.
Strong Maestrale with gusts. Rocky sections on both sides of the sandy beach. Boat traffic near the Castelsardo area. Wind can be turbulent around the Ciaccia headland. No rescue service on site.
