Västra Hamnen (the western harbour) is an urban kitesurfing spot located in Malmö, in Scania County. This modern district of Malmö, dominated by the Turning Torso skyscraper, offers access to the Öresund from the city. The spot works mainly in northwest winds which blow onshore. However, be aware of sometimes gusty conditions due to surrounding buildings. The spot is suitable for intermediate to advanced kitesurfers accustomed to urban conditions.
