Overview

Sainte-Adresse is a kitesurf spot on the north shore of the Seine estuary (Seine-Maritime), in the western suburbs of Le Havre. This coastal spot faces north-west toward the open Channel, catching the dominant West to North-West winds that prevail in this area.

Tidal spot. The Seine estuary has heavy maritime traffic from the Le Havre port — be very attentive to navigation rules and shipping lane boundaries. Sainte-Adresse offers a unique urban coastal kitesurfing experience near one of France's major ports.
