Renesse Kabbelarsbank is located on the sheltered Grevelingenmeer side of the Brouwersdam, near Renesse. This large saltwater lake — the biggest in Western Europe — offers flat to choppy water conditions with steady westerly winds.
The spot is primarily used by windsurfers and is largely reserved for that discipline. Kitesurfing access is limited and regulations should be carefully checked. Best winds from autumn to spring with western depressions; lighter in summer. The nearby town of Renesse offers good accommodation and nightlife.
