La Cabane — petite plage 500 m à l'ouest de Carro, sur la Côte Bleue (commune de Martigues). Alternative à Carro quand le Mistral souffle plein nord (offshore à Carro, side-on ici).

Spot moins connu que son voisin Carro mais apprécié des locaux. Plan d'eau plus abrité que Carro, vagues moins techniques.

Par Mistral N pur : quand Carro est offshore et les vagues aplaties, La Cabane reçoit le vent side-on — alternative idéale.

Par NW : fonctionne aussi, cross-onshore.

Par S/SE : préférer Carro qui capte mieux la houle.
