Saint-Florent is a kitesurf spot in the Gulf of Saint-Florent on the north-west coast of Corsica (Haute-Corse). This scenic gulf, sheltered by the Tenda and Agriates mountains, channels two main winds: the Tramontane from the north-west and the Libeccio (SW-W) in summer afternoons.

The gulf offers relatively flat water, making it suitable for all levels. Saint-Florent is a popular tourist town with good infrastructure. A good base for exploring several nearby kitesurf spots including Roya and Blokos.
