Utting is a village on the west shore of the Ammersee. A complementary spot to Herrschinger Kreuz (east shore) — works with East to NE wind when the east shore is offshore. Large lake (15 km long), flat to choppy water. Easy access from Munich (~45 min). Relaxed atmosphere, less crowded than Herrsching.
