Great Sacandaga Lake is a large reservoir located in the Adirondacks in upstate New York, at 231 m elevation. In winter, when the lake freezes, its vast surface offers excellent terrain for snowkiting. The lake is surrounded by mountains that channel the wind. Always check ice conditions before any session.
