Mount Haggin is a snowkite spot at 1,820m in the Mount Haggin Wildlife Management Area, southwest of Anaconda. Vast open highland meadows with powerful westerly winds. One of Montana's largest wildlife management areas, offering a wild and pristine setting.

Wildlife management area — elk, deer, mountain lions, and potentially bears. Hypothermia from severe wind chill. Sudden blizzards. Isolation — wilderness area far from rescue. Westerly winds can be very strong and gusty.
