Georgetown Lake is a mountain lake at 1,944m altitude near Anaconda in western Montana. Denton's Point offers excellent snowkite access on this popular lake. Prevailing west to southwest winds with consistent conditions. One of Montana's most accessible snowkite spots.

Altitude 1,944m — intense cold and hypothermia. Unstable ice near warm springs and inflows. Sudden mountain blizzards. Severe wind chill. Intense UV reflected by snow at altitude.
Lake frozen from November to April thanks to altitude. Generally good quality surface. Drifts and bare ice. Moderate size with good riding space. Abundant snow in this mountain area.
