The Washington Monument is a snowkite spot located on the National Mall in Washington D.C. When winter conditions allow with snow on the ground, the large lawn expanses of the Mall offer a playground for snowkiting. Southwest and northeast winds alternate. A unique urban spot reserved for exceptional winter conditions.
