Sihlsee is Switzerland's largest artificial lake, in the canton of Schwyz at 887 m altitude. The lake is 9 km long and offers good snowkite conditions in winter when frozen. Snow cover and freezing depend on winter conditions. The pre-alpine setting is pleasant.
