Silvaplana Snowkite is the snowkite spot on the frozen Silvaplana lake in the Upper Engadine at 1790 m altitude. In winter, when the lake is sufficiently frozen, it becomes an exceptional snowkite playground. The Maloja wind blows from the south-west through the Maloja Pass and provides regular conditions. The alpine setting is spectacular with views of Piz Corvatsch and the Engadine peaks.
