Sankt Englmar is a snowkite spot located in the Bavarian Forest (Bayerischer Wald), at approximately 1021 m altitude. This popular winter sports resort, nestled between the Danube and the Böhmerwald, offers open high-altitude spaces suitable for snowkiting. The region has several ski areas (Grün-Maibrunn, Pröller-Ski-Dreieck, Predigtstuhl) reaching over 1000 m altitude, with good winter infrastructure.
