Dachstein Gletscher is a snowkite spot at 2631 m altitude on the Dachstein glacier in the Upper Austrian Alps. The glacier offers vast open terrain for snowkiting with snow nearly year-round. Wind conditions are often good at altitude. Access is by the Dachstein cable car. The setting is spectacular with panoramic Alpine views.
