Large hilly valley at 1300m, so the snow stays quite well. No risk of getting lost, but there's plenty of room to explore a bit. The simplest departure is from the stone wall (skiing downhill on the path along the western edge, return on foot, but it's not far). Also possible from the pass behind the Pré de Biere alpine pasture. The area between the road and the wall is marshy, with a nice stream to fall into. Possible to ride there, but be careful if there's little snow.
Open all year round
Not an official spot, but no crops to destroy either, so open when there's snow and wind!
Normal (Car access at spot edge)
Altitude: 1447m
Roadside parking, very easy access.
Mountain wind, not very regular, but great for snowkiting. No thermals.
The stream between the wall and the road, the telephone line, and the wall. There are alpine pastures, depending on the season, watch out for fences... Other users, priority to hikers and farmers.
