Teta is a kitesurf spot located on the Pacific coast of Panama, west of Panama City. This spot offers a coastal body of water with conditions influenced by the significant tides of the Panamanian Pacific. Thermal and northerly winds blow during the dry season from December to April. The spot is suited for intermediate riders, with particular attention to the tides.
