Playa Las Lajas est un spot de kitesurf sur la côte Pacifique du Panama, dans la province de Chiriquí. Cette plage de 14 km de long est l'une des plus longues du Panama, offrant un vaste plan d'eau peu profond à marée basse.

Les vents thermiques et du nord soufflent pendant la saison sèche de décembre à avril. L'immense estran à marée basse crée un terrain de jeu flat idéal pour les débutants.
