Isla Ensenada - Sand Bar is a kitesurf spot located in ChiriquĂ Province, on the Pacific coast of Panama. This sandbar offers a shallow and sheltered body of water, ideal for flat water kitesurfing. Thermal winds and trade winds create rideable conditions during the dry season from December to April. The spot is accessible to beginners and intermediates thanks to the shallow water.
