Isla Colón - Paunch est un spot de kitesurf sur l'île principale de Bocas del Toro, côte Caraïbe du Panama. Ce reef break est l'un des spots de surf les plus connus de l'archipel.

Les alizés d'est soufflent de décembre à avril, créant des vagues régulières sur le récif. Spot adapté aux riders avancés maîtrisant la navigation dans les vagues sur récif.
