Isla ColĂłn - Paunch is a kitesurf spot on the main island of Bocas del Toro, Caribbean coast of Panama. This reef break is one of the best-known surf spots in the archipelago. The easterly trade winds blow from December to April, creating consistent waves over the reef. The spot is suited for advanced riders skilled at riding waves over reef.
