Ometepe - Santo Domingo is a kitesurf spot located on Ometepe Island, in the middle of Lake Nicaragua. This island formed by two volcanoes offers a spectacular setting with Santo Domingo beach between the two volcanoes. Thermal winds and easterly trade winds create rideable conditions from November to April. The lake water is flat with occasional chop, in a unique volcanic landscape.
