Water Cay is a small uninhabited islet part of the Utila Cays, located southwest of Utila in Honduras' Bay Islands. This paradise island offers white sand beach, an extensive sandbar, and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

The spot benefits from northeast to east trade winds, with consistent conditions from February to August. The water offers flat conditions on the sandbar and light chop offshore. Water is warm and shallow on the sandbar.

Access is by water taxi from Utila (20-30 minutes). The spot suits intermediate riders. The environment is completely preserved and isolated, ideal for kitesurfing in pristine tropical nature.
