Overview

Playa Guiones is a kitesurfing spot located near Nosara, on the Pacific coast of the Nicoya Peninsula. This white sand beach is renowned for surfing and also offers kite conditions during the windy season. The Papagayo winds blow from the north-east between December and April. The spot features waves and a shore break, suited to intermediate to advanced riders.
