Boca del Río Sierpe est un spot de kitesurf situé à l'embouchure du fleuve Sierpe, sur la côte Pacifique sud du Costa Rica. Ce spot offre un environnement de mangroves et d'estuaire unique, avec des eaux peu profondes.

Les conditions de vent sont moins régulières que dans le Guanacaste, avec des vents thermiques et occasionnels du nord. Spot isolé réservé aux riders expérimentés en raison de l'éloignement.
