Bahia Salinas - Playa Copal is another section of the famous Bahia Salinas, in north-west Guanacaste. This spot offers additional access to the bay with a body of water suited to kitesurfing. Like the other spots in the bay, it benefits from the powerful north-easterly Papagayo winds from December to April. Conditions are regular and the water ranges from flat to light chop.
