Bahia Culebra (Playa Panama) is a kitesurfing spot located in a sheltered bay in the Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. The bay offers relatively calm waters with a good body of water for kitesurfing. The Papagayo winds, channelled by the terrain from December to April, create reliable and powerful side-shore wind conditions. A spot accessible to intermediate riders.
