El Canal is a kitesurfing spot located west of Cabarete, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The spot offers a natural channel with regular wind conditions thanks to the trade winds. The water can be choppy with chop and currents, suited to intermediate to advanced riders. The proximity to Cabarete provides easy access to facilities.
