Turtle Island (Hon Bai Canh) is a small island near the coast north of Mui Ne in Binh Thuan Province. The area around the island receives NE monsoon winds from November to April.

An intermediate spot in a scenic island setting. The island provides some shelter creating different wind angles depending on which side you ride. Sandy bottom with some coral areas. Be cautious of shallow reefs. Access may require a boat. Limited facilities - bring your own equipment and water.
