Phuong Dong Hai is a coastal area in Ninh Thuan Province near Phan Rang. The beach faces east and is exposed to the NE monsoon from November to April.
An intermediate spot on the Ninh Thuan coast. Sandy bottom with warm water. The area is relatively undeveloped. Strong NE monsoon winds are common in this part of the coast. Some wave action on the open beach. A quiet spot for self-sufficient riders. Limited facilities nearby.
