Ocean Dunes Golf Club is located on the coast near Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan Province. The beach in front of the golf course faces east and receives the northeast monsoon winds from November to April.

An intermediate spot. The beach area near the golf club offers a wide sandy launch zone. Less crowded than central Mui Ne. Side-shore NE winds during the season provide good riding conditions. Sandy bottom. Be respectful of the golf club property and use designated beach access points.
