Ninh Chu Bay is a scenic bay in Ninh Thuan Province near Phan Rang. The bay faces east and is well exposed to the NE monsoon from November to April. It is one of the main riding spots in the Phan Rang kite area.

An intermediate spot with a sandy crescent beach. The bay provides some shelter from the largest swells while still receiving excellent wind. Sandy bottom with warm, clear water. Some resort development along the bay. The Ninh Thuan coast is windier than Mui Ne on average, with fewer crowds. A promising destination for kitesurfers looking beyond Mui Ne.
