Dam Vua is a coastal spot in Ninh Thuan Province, part of Vietnam's emerging Phan Rang kite area. The coast faces east and receives strong NE monsoon winds from November to April, making it one of the windiest stretches of the Vietnamese coast.
An intermediate spot. Sandy bottom with warm water. The Ninh Thuan coast is drier and windier than Mui Ne, with fewer tourists. Wind can be very strong, especially in December-February. Some wave action on the open coast. Fewer kite schools than Mui Ne but growing infrastructure.
