Chalong Bay is a large sheltered bay on the southeast coast of Phuket. During the NE monsoon (Nov-Mar), it receives moderate winds making it suitable for kitesurfing. The bay is flat to slightly choppy with good space. Busy with boat traffic as it is Phuket's main marina area.
