Ao Cho is a bay on the east coast of Koh Samet, a popular island in Rayong Province in the Gulf of Thailand. The bay faces east and receives the northeast monsoon winds from November to March, providing the best kitesurfing conditions.

The spot suits intermediate riders. The bay is relatively sheltered, offering calmer waters than the open coast. Sandy bottom and warm clear water. The beach can be busy with day-trippers. Be mindful of boat traffic and swimmers in the area.
