Jongdali is located on the east coast of Jeju Island, South Korea. This beach faces east and picks up NE and E winds that blow across the East China Sea. It is a less crowded alternative to the more popular west and north coast Jeju spots.

The volcanic coastline of eastern Jeju creates interesting features. The beach offers a mix of sand and rock. Moderate tidal range. Good conditions for intermediate to advanced riders when east winds are blowing. Water temperatures are milder than mainland Korea thanks to warm currents around Jeju.
