Iho Beach is located on the northwest coast of Jeju Island, close to Jeju City. It is easily recognizable by its famous horse-shaped lighthouse sculptures. The beach faces northwest and catches NW and W winds well, making it one of the most accessible kite spots on Jeju.

The beach has a mix of sand and volcanic rock, with a moderate tidal range. The proximity to Jeju City means good facilities and easy access. The beach is popular for kitesurfing during the windy autumn and winter months. Suitable for intermediate riders.
