Hyeopje Beach is a stunning white sand beach on the west coast of Jeju Island, South Korea. Known for its turquoise waters and dramatic volcanic rock formations, it is one of Jeju's most scenic kitesurfing locations. The beach faces west-northwest and catches NW and W winds effectively.

Jeju Island benefits from its position in the East China Sea, receiving winds from multiple directions. The west coast exposure makes this spot ideal for the dominant NW winter winds. Moderate tidal range affects the riding area. The shallow sandy lagoon inside the reef provides beginner-friendly conditions at certain tides.
