Overview

Subic Bay is a large sheltered bay in Central Luzon, a former US naval base. The bay provides relatively flat water protected from open ocean swell. Both Amihan NE winds (Nov-May) and Habagat SW winds (Jun-Oct) are rideable depending on position within the bay. Good for all levels thanks to the protected waters.
