Star Tubes is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region on the northwest coast of Luzon. The spot faces the South China Sea and catches NE Amihan winds (Nov-May). Named for the tubular waves that form here, it offers wave riding opportunities for advanced kiters during monsoon swells.
